Companies who recruit bright fluent English speakers from foreign countries oftentimes don't consider that these employees have family members at home (spouses/children/parents) who are not English speakers. We can work with these family members to ease their transition by:

Teaching them English

Exposing them to our culture

We have a specialist who deals with children in grades kindergarten through high school.
